בקצרה: רגע מסופקת "כמו שהיא", לשימוש אישי. הרשומות שלכם נשמרות על המכשיר שלכם ובאחריותכם. הרכישה החד-פעמית נעשית דרך החנויות ומטופלת לפי כלליהן.
השימוש באפליקציה
רגע מיועדת לשימוש אישי: צ'ק-אין יומי של מצב רוח, מעקב אחרי פעילויות, הערות ותמונות פרטיות, היסטוריה בפיקסלים וווידג'טים. אין להשתמש באפליקציה למטרות בלתי חוקיות או באופן שפוגע באחרים.
לא ייעוץ רפואי
רגע היא כלי רפלקציה ומעקב אישי בלבד ואינה מספקת ייעוץ רפואי או נפשי, אינה מאבחנת ואינה מטפלת. התובנות שהיא מציגה הן תיאור סטטיסטי פשוט של מה שאתם עצמכם הזנתם, ואינן קביעה קלינית. אם אתם חווים מצוקה נפשית, דיכאון או מחשבות אובדניות - פנו לאיש מקצוע או לקו סיוע. בישראל: ער"ן 1201, סה"ר. במקרה חירום התקשרו 101.
הנתונים שלכם
הרשומות, ההערות, התמונות וההגדרות נשמרים על המכשיר שלכם בלבד. אין לנו שרת שמגבה אותם. גיבוי, שמירה או אובדן של המידע (למשל בעת מחיקת האפליקציה, איפוס המכשיר או החלפת מכשיר) הם באחריותכם. משתמשי פרימיום יכולים לייצא את כל הרשומות לקובץ CSV בכל רגע - זו דרך הגיבוי היחידה שהאפליקציה מספקת.
רכישות
הפתיחה המלאה (פרימיום) היא רכישה חד-פעמית (ללא מנוי) המתבצעת דרך Apple App Store או Google Play, במחיר ₪24.90 / $7.99 או המחיר המקומי המקביל שנקבע בחנות. הרכישה פותחת: כמה רשומות ביום, שנה בפיקסלים ותובנות, פעילויות ותוויות מצב רוח מותאמות, תמונות ברשומות, נעילה ביומטרית, כל סגנונות הווידג'ט, השלמה של כל יום שהוא וייצוא CSV. השכבה החינמית (רשומה אחת ביום, חמישה מצבי רוח, פעילויות סטנדרטיות, החודש בפיקסלים, ווידג'ט הפיקסלים והשלמה של אתמול) נשארת חינמית ובלי פרסומות.
הרכישה נשמרת כדגל מקומי במכשיר. התקנה מחדש או מעבר למכשיר חדש עשויים לדרוש הפעלה של "שחזור רכישה" - זה לא עולה כסף. מדיניות התשלום, ההחזרים ושחזור הרכישה כפופה לתנאי החנות הרלוונטית; איננו מעבדים תשלומים ואיננו יכולים לבצע החזר בעצמנו.
תוכן ושיתוף
התוכן שאתם כותבים ומצלמים הוא שלכם. כרטיס השיתוף וקובץ ה-CSV נוצרים על המכשיר ומשותפים רק לאן שאתם בוחרים בחלונית השיתוף של המערכת; מרגע שהם עוזבים את האפליקציה, השימוש בהם הוא באחריותכם.
תזכורות
תזכורות הן מקומיות ותלויות בהרשאות ההתראות ובמצב המכשיר. איננו מתחייבים שכל תזכורת תופיע - מערכת ההפעלה יכולה לעכב או לדכא התראות (חיסכון בסוללה, מצב מיקוד, כיבוי המכשיר).
אחריות
האפליקציה מסופקת "כמו שהיא" (AS IS), ללא אחריות מכל סוג. איננו אחראים לנזק ישיר או עקיף כתוצאה מהשימוש או מאי-היכולת להשתמש באפליקציה, לרבות פספוס תזכורת, אובדן נתונים או החלטה שקיבלתם על סמך מה שהאפליקציה הציגה.
שינויים
אנו עשויים לעדכן את התקנון מעת לעת. המשך השימוש לאחר עדכון מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.
דין וסמכות שיפוט
על תנאים אלה יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.

The short version: Rega is provided "as is", for personal use. Your entries live on your device and are your responsibility. The one-time purchase is made through the app stores and handled under their rules.
Using the app
Rega is for personal use: a daily mood check-in, activity tracking, private notes and photos, pixel-grid history and widgets. Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms others.
Not medical advice
Rega is a personal reflection and tracking tool only. It does not provide medical or mental-health advice, does not diagnose, and does not treat. The insights it shows are a simple statistical description of what you yourself entered, not a clinical finding. If you are experiencing mental distress, depression, or suicidal thoughts, please contact a professional or a helpline. In Israel: ERAN 1201, SAHAR. In an emergency call your local emergency number (101 in Israel, 911 in the US, 112 in the EU).
Your data
Your entries, notes, photos and settings are stored on your device only. We have no server that backs them up. Backup, retention, or loss of that data (for example when deleting the app, resetting the device, or switching devices) is your responsibility. Premium users can export all entries to a CSV file at any time - that is the only backup path the app provides.
Purchases
The full unlock (Premium) is a one-time purchase (no subscription) made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, at ₪24.90 / $7.99 or the local equivalent set by the store. It unlocks: several entries a day, Year in Pixels and insights, custom activities and mood labels, photos on entries, biometric lock, every widget style, back-filling any day, and CSV export. The free tier (one entry a day, five moods, standard activities, the month grid, the pixels widget and back-filling yesterday) stays free and ad-free.
The purchase is stored as a local flag on the device. A reinstall or a new device may require tapping "Restore purchase" - this costs nothing. Payment, refunds, and purchase restoration are subject to the relevant store's terms; we do not process payments and cannot issue refunds ourselves.
Content and sharing
The content you write and photograph is yours. The share card and the CSV file are generated on-device and shared only where you choose in the system share sheet; once they leave the app, what happens to them is your responsibility.
Reminders
Reminders are local and depend on notification permissions and the state of your device. We do not guarantee that every reminder will appear - the operating system may delay or suppress notifications (battery saving, Focus modes, a powered-off device).
Warranty
The app is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use or inability to use the app, including a missed reminder, data loss, or a decision you made based on what the app displayed.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
