בקצרה: אין חשבון ואין הרשמה. הרשומות שלכם - מצבי הרוח, ההערות, הפעילויות והתמונות - נשמרות על המכשיר בלבד, לא אצלנו ולא בענן. אין פרסומות ואין מעקב חוצה-אפליקציות. לשיפור האפליקציה ולתיקון קריסות נאספים נתוני שימוש אנונימיים ומצטברים בלבד, בלי מידע מזהה. איננו אוספים שם, אימייל או טלפון, ואיננו מוכרים מידע.
מה האפליקציה
רגע היא אפליקציית מעקב מצב רוח ומיקרו-יומן: צ'ק-אין יומי קצר (פרצוף מתוך חמישה, צ'יפים של פעילויות, הערה ותמונה אופציונליות), היסטוריה כרשת פיקסלים, וווידג'טים למסך הבית ולמסך הנעילה. אין בה חשבונות משתמש, אין הרשמה ואין פרסומות. אין שרת ואין ענן - אין לנו עותק של הנתונים שלכם, והאפליקציה עובדת במלואה בלי אינטרנט.
מידע שנשמר רק במכשיר שלכם
כל הנתונים שלכם נשמרים מקומית במכשיר (MMKV, מזהה rega) ואינם מועלים אלינו:
- הרשומות היומיות: מצב הרוח (1-5), הפעילויות שסימנתם, שעת הרישום, ההערה החופשית אם כתבתם, וקישור לתמונה אם צירפתם;
- רשימת הפעילויות שלכם, כולל פעילויות מותאמות שיצרתם;
- ההגדרות: ערכת נושא, שפה, שעת התזכורת, נעילה ביומטרית (כן/לא), וסטטוס הרכישה (פרימיום);
- תמונות שצירפתם - נשמרות כקובץ JPEG בתיקיית המסמכים הפרטית של האפליקציה (
photos/), לא באלבום התמונות שלכם ולא אצלנו.
אין לנו שרת שמאחסן מידע זה. הוא לא עוזב את המכשיר, למעט מה שמתואר בסעיף "אנליטיקה" למטה ולמעט מה שאתם בעצמכם משתפים דרך חלונית השיתוף של המערכת.
תמונות
תמונה מצורפת נבחרת מספריית התמונות שלכם ומקודדת מחדש כ-JPEG חדש לפני השמירה. הקידוד מחדש מסיר את נתוני ה-EXIF של המקור, ובכלל זה מיקום GPS ודגם המצלמה. האפליקציה אינה מבקשת הרשאת מצלמה או מיקרופון כלל. תמונות אינן מועלות לשום מקום, אינן מופיעות בווידג'טים ואינן נכללות בכרטיס השיתוף או בייצוא ה-CSV. מחיקת רשומה מוחקת גם את קובץ התמונה שלה.
נעילה ביומטרית
אם הפעלתם נעילה (פרימיום), האפליקציה מבקשת מהמערכת לאמת אתכם ב-Face ID / Touch ID / טביעת אצבע ומקבלת ממנה תשובה של הצלחה או כישלון בלבד. האפליקציה אינה קוראת, אינה שומרת ואינה שולחת נתונים ביומטריים - הם לעולם אינם עוזבים את החומרה המאובטחת של המכשיר.
אין פרסומות ואין מעקב
רגע אינה מציגה פרסומות ואינה כוללת ערכות פרסום. איננו עוקבים אחריכם בין אפליקציות או אתרים, ולכן אין בקשת App Tracking Transparency (ATT) ואיננו ניגשים ל-IDFA. באנדרואיד, הרשאות מזהה הפרסום (AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION) חסומות במפורש ואינן נאספות.
אנליטיקה ודיווח קריסות
כדי להבין אילו יכולות בשימוש ולתקן תקלות, האפליקציה משתמשת ב-Google Firebase (Analytics ו-Crashlytics). ערכת Mixpanel כלולה בקוד אך פועלת רק אם הוגדר לה טוקן; בגרסה הנוכחית אין טוקן והיא אינה פעילה.
מה נאסף:
- אירועי שימוש כלליים (למשל: נשמרה רשומה, נצפה מסך, נפתחה חלונית הרכישה, נוספה תזכורת);
- מאפיינים מצטברים בלבד של רשומה: דירוג מצב הרוח כמספר (1-5), מספר הפעילויות שסומנו, האם יש הערה (כן/לא), האם יש תמונה (כן/לא), ומקור הרישום (אפליקציה / ווידג'ט);
- פלטפורמה, גרסת אפליקציה, שפה וסטטוס פרימיום (כן/לא);
- מזהה מותקן אקראי ואנונימי שנוצר במכשיר (לא מזהה הפרסום, לא IDFA), ומזהי מכשיר/מופע-אפליקציה אנונימיים שערכת Firebase יוצרת בעצמה;
- דיווחי קריסה ותקלות ביצועים (Crashlytics), הכוללים דגם מכשיר, גרסת מערכת הפעלה ומצב האפליקציה בזמן הקריסה;
- ערכת Firebase גוזרת בעצמה, מצד השרת, נתונים טכניים כמו מדינה משוערת לפי כתובת ה-IP ודגם המכשיר.
- כשמתבצעת רכישה, ערכת Firebase מדווחת עליה אוטומטית כאירוע רכישה. אנחנו רואים מזה רק שרכישה בוצעה.
מה לא נאסף ולעולם לא נשלח: שם, אימייל, טלפון, מיקום מדויק, טקסט ההערות שלכם, התמונות שלכם, שמות הפעילויות שסימנתם, התאריכים של הרשומות שלכם, או כל מידע מזהה. המידע אינו נמכר, אינו משותף עם מפרסמים ואין מעקב חוצה-אפליקציות. Google ו-Mixpanel פועלים עבורנו כמעבדי מידע בלבד.
איסוף האנליטיקה מתחיל בהפעלה הראשונה. אין כרגע מתג לכיבוי אנליטיקה בתוך האפליקציה. אפשר לצמצם את האיסוף ברמת המערכת (iOS: הגדרות < פרטיות ואבטחה < אנליטיקה ושיפורים; Android: הגדרות Google < מודעות), או להסיר את האפליקציה.
תזכורות
כל התזכורות מקומיות ומתוזמנות על המכשיר - אין שרת push, אין טוקן דחיפה ואיננו מקבלים הודעה על שום דבר שעשיתם. רגע אינה שולחת את הרשומות שלכם לשום שרת כדי לתזמן תזכורת.
ווידג'טים
הווידג'טים קוראים תמונת מצב קטנה שהאפליקציה כותבת לקבוצת האפליקציות המשותפת (App Group) של המכשיר. תמונת המצב מכילה את 35 הימים האחרונים כדירוגי מצב רוח (מספרים 1-5), את התאריך של היום, מצב הרצף וכמה מחרוזות תצוגה מתורגמות. היא אינה מכילה הערות, תמונות או שמות פעילויות. היא נשארת על המכשיר.
שיתוף וייצוא
- כרטיס שיתוף: תמונה של רשת הפיקסלים עם ספירת מצבי הרוח ושם החודש, בלי טקסט ההערות ובלי תמונות. היא נוצרת על המכשיר ונשלחת רק לאן שתבחרו בחלונית השיתוף של המערכת.
- ייצוא CSV (פרימיום): קובץ עם התאריך, השעה, מצב הרוח, הפעילויות וטקסט ההערה של כל רשומה - הנתונים שלכם, אליכם. הקובץ נכתב לתיקיית המטמון של האפליקציה ונשלח רק לאן שתבחרו בחלונית השיתוף. הוא אינו מועלה אלינו. שימו לב שהקובץ הזה כן מכיל את טקסט ההערות, אז שלחו אותו רק לאן שאתם סומכים.
רכישות
הפתיחה המלאה (פרימיום) היא רכישה חד-פעמית (ללא מנוי) המתבצעת דרך Apple App Store או Google Play. פרטי תשלום אינם מגיעים אלינו - אנחנו רואים רק אם הרכישה בוצעה, והאפליקציה שומרת על המכשיר דגל בוליאני אחד. איננו שומרים קבלות ואיננו מנתחים אותן. שחזור רכישה זמין בלי חיוב נוסף.
אבטחה
הנתונים נשמרים בארגז החול (sandbox) הפרטי של האפליקציה ומוגנים על ידי הצפנת המכשיר והרשאות מערכת ההפעלה. מסד הנתונים המקומי עצמו אינו מוצפן בנפרד על ידינו. כל תעבורת הרשת של ערכות הצד השלישי מתבצעת ב-HTTPS.
מחיקת מידע
כל המידע שלכם נמצא על המכשיר - מחיקת האפליקציה מוחקת אותו לחלוטין, כולל התמונות שצירפתם. מחיקת רשומה בודדת מוחקת גם את התמונה שלה. אין צורך לפנות אלינו כדי למחוק מידע. לבקשות בנוגע לנתוני האנליטיקה האנונימיים כתבו ל-rega@benbasha.com.
ילדים
האפליקציה מיועדת לקהל כללי ואינה מכוונת לילדים, ואינה אוספת מידע מזהה מאף אחד.
לא ייעוץ רפואי ולא נתוני בריאות מערכתיים
רגע היא כלי רפלקציה יומי ואינה כלי אבחון או טיפול. היא שומרת את רישומי מצב הרוח כנתוני אפליקציה רגילים על המכשיר בלבד, אינה מתחברת ל-Apple Health / HealthKit או ל-Google Fit, ואינה קוראת או כותבת נתוני בריאות במערכת.

Privacy policy
Rega app (com.benbasha.rega) · Last updated: September 2026
The short version: no account, no registration. Your entries - moods, notes, activities and photos - stay on your device only, not with us and not in the cloud. No ads and no cross-app tracking. Anonymous, aggregate usage and crash analytics are collected to improve the app, with no identifying information. We collect no name, email, or phone, and we never sell data.
What the app is
Rega is a mood tracker and micro-journal: a short daily check-in (one of five faces, activity chips, an optional note and photo), history rendered as a pixel grid, and home-screen and lock-screen widgets. No user accounts, no registration, no advertising. There is no server and no cloud - we hold no copy of your data, and the app works fully offline.
Data stored only on your device
All your data is stored locally on your device (MMKV, instance rega) and is never uploaded by us:
- your daily entries: mood (1-5), the activities you tapped, the time of the entry, your free-text note if you wrote one, and a link to a photo if you attached one;
- your activity list, including custom activities you created;
- your settings: theme, language, reminder time, biometric lock on/off, and purchase (Premium) status;
- photos you attached - stored as a JPEG file inside the app's private documents directory (
photos/), not in your photo album and not with us.
We have no server that stores this data. It never leaves the device, except as described under "Analytics" below and except for what you yourself share through the system share sheet.
Photos
An attached photo is picked from your photo library and re-encoded as a fresh JPEG before it is saved. That re-encode drops the source EXIF metadata, including GPS location and camera model. The app never requests camera or microphone permission at all. Photos are never uploaded anywhere, never appear in widgets, and are not included in the share card or the CSV export. Deleting an entry deletes its photo file too.
Biometric lock
If you turn the lock on (Premium), the app asks the operating system to authenticate you with Face ID / Touch ID / fingerprint and receives only a success-or-failure answer back. The app never reads, stores, or transmits biometric data - it never leaves the device's secure hardware.
No ads and no tracking
Rega shows no ads and includes no ad SDKs. We do not track you across apps or websites, so there is no App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt and we never access the IDFA. On Android, advertising-ID permissions (AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION) are explicitly blocked and not collected.
Analytics and crash reporting
To understand which features are used and to fix problems, the app uses Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics). A Mixpanel SDK is present in the code but only runs when a token is configured; the current build has no token, so it is inactive.
What is collected:
- general usage events (for example: an entry was saved, a screen was viewed, the purchase sheet was opened, a reminder was set);
- aggregate-only attributes of an entry: the mood rating as a number (1-5), the count of activities tapped, whether there is a note (yes/no), whether there is a photo (yes/no), and the log source (app / widget);
- platform, app version, language and Premium status (yes/no);
- a random, anonymous per-install identifier generated on the device (not the advertising ID, not the IDFA), plus the anonymous device / app-instance identifiers the Firebase SDK generates on its own;
- crash and performance diagnostics (Crashlytics), which include device model, OS version and app state at the time of a crash;
- the Firebase SDK additionally derives technical data server-side, such as approximate country from your IP address and device model.
- when a purchase is made, the Firebase SDK reports it automatically as a purchase event. All we learn from it is that a purchase happened.
What is not collected and never sent: name, email, phone, precise location, the text of your notes, your photos, the names of the activities you tapped, the dates of your entries, or any identifying information. Data is not sold, is not shared with advertisers, and there is no cross-app tracking. Google and Mixpanel act only as processors on our behalf.
Analytics collection starts on first launch. There is currently no in-app switch to turn analytics off. You can limit collection at the OS level (iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements; Android: Google settings > Ads), or remove the app.
Reminders
All reminders are local and scheduled on your device - there is no push server, no push token, and we are never notified of anything you do. Rega does not send your entries to any server in order to schedule a reminder.
Widgets
The widgets read a small snapshot the app writes to the device's shared App Group. That snapshot contains the last 35 days as mood ratings (numbers 1-5), today's date, streak state, and a few translated display strings. It contains no notes, no photos and no activity names. It stays on the device.
Sharing and export
- Share card: an image of your pixel grid with mood counts and the month name, with no note text and no photos. It is generated on-device and goes only where you send it in the system share sheet.
- CSV export (Premium): a file with each entry's date, time, mood, activities and note text - your data, back to you. It is written to the app's cache directory and goes only where you send it in the share sheet. It is never uploaded to us. Note that this file does contain your note text, so send it only somewhere you trust.
Purchases
The full unlock (Premium) is a one-time purchase (no subscription) made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment details never reach us - we only see whether the purchase was made, and the app stores a single boolean flag on the device. We do not store or inspect receipts. Restore purchase is available at no extra charge.
Security
Your data lives in the app's private sandbox, protected by device encryption and operating-system permissions. The local database itself is not separately encrypted by us. All network traffic from the third-party SDKs uses HTTPS.
Data deletion
All your data lives on the device - deleting the app removes it completely, including attached photos. Deleting a single entry deletes its photo too. There is no need to contact us to delete your data. For questions about the anonymous analytics data, write to rega@benbasha.com.
Children
The app is intended for a general audience, is not directed at children, and collects no identifying information from anyone.
Not medical advice, and no system health data
Rega is a daily reflection tool, not a diagnostic or treatment tool. It stores your mood entries as ordinary app data on your device only, does not connect to Apple Health / HealthKit or Google Fit, and does not read or write system health data.
Store privacy label (declaration guide)
- Data linked to you: none.
- Data not linked to you: Identifiers (anonymous), Usage Data (product interaction), Diagnostics (crash and performance data), Purchases (purchase history, reported automatically by the analytics SDK).
- Tracking: none.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. An updated version will be posted on this page with a new update date.
